Ein wunderbarer Ort für zweisprachige Kinder/Familien!
Die Tagesstrukturen in der Kids Company sind gut durchdacht und sehr abwechslungsreich. Am Morgen sprechen die Kinder und Erzieherinnen hauptsächlich Deutsch, am Nachmittag mehrheitlich Tschechisch. In der Kids Company werden den Kindern die Werte der tschechischen sowie der deutschsprachigen Kultur vermittelt, was ich als nicht selbstverständlich und teilweise sehr herausfordernd betrachte.
Die Kinder kommen in den Genuss von musikalischer, literarischer und gestalterischer Früherziehung und auch die Allgemeinbildung sowie moderne Lerntechniken stehen stets im Fokus. Es gibt viele tolle Kurse, welche man gegen Aufpreis belegen kann. Die Kinder machen zusammen regelmässig Sport, Ausflüge und Spaziergänge. Im letzten Kindergartenjahr werden die Kinder/Eltern hervorragend auf die Schule vorbereitet (Expats und Locals), man fühlt sich als Eltern wirklich sehr gut unterstützt vom Kindergarten-Team.
Die Fluktation des Personals fiel in den letzten 2 Jahren tatsächlich auf, aber die Kinder wissen meiner Meinung nach gut damit umzugehen. Es gab in den drei Jahren nur für ganz kurze Zeit eine Mitarbeiterin, welche die Kinder nicht mochten. Gerade während und kurz nach der Pandemie hat sich leider vieles verändert und es braucht daher etwas Zeit, wieder Personal zu finden dass auch langfristig den Herausforderungen mit den zweisprachigen Kindern/Familien gewachsen sind. Während der Corona-Lockdowns blieben wir täglich mit teils sehr aufwändigen Video-Nachrichten der Kindergartenpersonals im Kontakt was den Kindern in dieser schwierigen Zeit etwas Struktur gab, auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit.
Die Hauptmahlzeit wird von einer Catering-Firma angeliefert, es meist tschechische Küche, wie es in Tschechien eben normal ist. Dazu gibt es frisch zubereitetes Frühstück und kleine Zwischenmahlzeiten (Früchte, Gemüse, Brötchen, Käse usw.). Alles in allem kulinarisch völlig in Ordnung.
Die Preise sind ziemlich hoch, wie schon von einigen in den Kommentaren erwähnt, jedoch bekommt man einen klaren Gegenwert dafür. Die Kinder lernen beide Sprachen zu verwenden und sie gehen jeden Tag gerne in den Kindergarten. Sie erzählen immer mit Freude was sie tolles erlebt oder gelernt haben. Der allgemeine Informationsaustausch läuft über die Twigsee-App was sehr komfortabel ist. Es gibt halbjährlich einen Etwicklungsbericht, verbunden mit einem Gespräch. Man bekommt viele tolle Fotos und am Ende der Kindergartenzeit ein prall gefülltes Portfolio dass mit viel Liebe von den Kindergärtnerinnen hergestellt wird. Es gibt immer wieder tolle Familienanlässe (Sommerfest, Hexenfest, St. Martins Umzug, Konzerte, Nikolaustag, Muttertag, Wein-Degustation für die Eltern usw.).Man lernt viele zweisprachige Familien kennen und es entstehen tolle Freundschaften die weit über den Kindergarten hinausgehen.
Die Kids Company ist somit sehr zu empfehlen!

Great choice
My child attended this daycare/kindergarten for 4 years and was absolutely happy to do so. The principal of the kindergarten, Mrs. Frank, was very attentive to our needs and wishes. There were many days that my son was not happy to leave because he was too engaged in what he was doing. The Czech/German balance seemed to have worked because he speaks both languages even tough I do not communicate in Czech or German to him. If you're looking for a well-rounded bilingual education for your young kids, Kid's Company is great choice.

Bilingual school
We are Czech family that wanted our child to be billingual. We chosed Kids Company and we were so satisfied! The Kindergarten is well directed by Mrs.Frank and her team, there are lot of activities for kids (cooking, crafting, swimming etc)and parents (Witch day, garden party, st.Nicolaus day etc.), nice teachers, super villa with the garten...
Every half a year you receive a report about your child given in a friendly and professional way, qualified. The teachers exchange experiences among other Kindergartens in Germany, Netherlands and Denmark. We felt our child was really in a good and supportive environment.
We felt that our needs and wishes are being listened to, our child was happy to go to Kita and enjoyed all the time. Before school start there is a nice byebye party for school kids and their parents .
As a "bonus" we gained many international and Czech friends that we keep in touch until today :)

Great experience!
Our daughter went to Kids company for 2 years and we were all very happy. The teachers take care of the children carefully, they spend a lot of time outside together and organize various activities such as trips, exercises, cooking classes, dancing, etc. We definitely can recommend this kindergarten.

Happy children, happy family
Our daughter started in KITA when she was 3 and our son when he was 1.5y! Immediately they both loved this kindergarten and the teachers. Their German skills were developing, like living in Germany. Both have found in the KITA many great friends.
The KITA is supporting many activities, how to develop your child the best way, meet within other families during festivals and the teacher provides you twice a year a report of your child´s development.
It is absolutely fantastic environment, team and attitude of the director, where your child gets the best skills, experiences and only positive memories.

Our son went to the kindergarten for a year and a half and had a great time being there. The amount of care and attention each child is given by the loving staff is exemplary and if we didn't move away we'd definitely keep him there.

Great kindergarten
I am very happy with Kids company. My son had a very good time there although neither Czech nor German is spoken at home. The teachers are very kind and attentive to the children. They make a lot of different activities including art, sport etc… The children are never bored and learn about a theme each and every week. The premises are very nice with a great garden where kids can play and look after the plants. My son has enjoyed a lot and I can only recommend :)

Das ist supertoll!
Hallo, Ahoj - ich bin Laurent. Mit 2 Jahren kam ich zur kids company und blieb bis zur Einschulung 2022. Ich erinnere mich gerne an meinen Kindergarten.
Was hat für mich die Zeit in der Kids company besonders gemacht? Wir Kinder stehen im Mittelpunkt. Wir spielen drinnen und draußen im großen Garten; erleben spannende Dinge auf unseren Ausflügen. Wir lernen viel bei unseren Monatsthemen. Am Anfang sprach ich mit Mund, Händen und Füßen mit den anderen Kindern und Betreuern, bis ich kurze Zeit später alle Sprachen verstehen und sprechen konnte. Meistens war ich böse, wenn meine Mama und Papa mich zu früh abgeholt haben, da ich immer bis zum Schluss bleiben wollte. Das sagt doch alles, oder?!"

Ein toller Kindergarten!
Unsere Tochter ist jetz fast 1,5 Jahre in dem Kindergarten und wir können nur loben. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär, die Kinder bekommen Ausbildung, Unterstützung und zweisprachige Erziehung. Sie werden individuell behandelt, wenn nötig getröstet. Unsere Tochter hat sehr viel Neues gelernt und viele Freunde gefunden. Die Kindergärtnerinnen sind nett, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Ich kann den Kindergarten nur empfehlen!

Very nice kindergarten – loving teachers!
Our daughters spent three years at KidsCompany. Our girls will always miss their kindergarten, where there spend so many happy hours. The staff is so great with the kids. It is a nice and small kindergarten – very reliable, clean&safe and with a lot of attention to the kids. Small groups help the kids to develop and learn fast. Highly recommended!

Great kindergarten. Even greater staff.
We wanted to give our child a multi-lingual environment for language development. Our child already has Czech and English at home, and we wanted to add German to the mix. After having had a look at a few kindergartens and daycare centers, we decided on Kids Company, not solely because it is a Czech/German kindergarten, but because of the very positive impression the staff made on us. Our child is always happy to go to school and completely adores the teachers. I highly recommend Kids Company if you are a parent looking to expand your child’s horizons.

Happy children
I would like to share my great experience with Kids Company Praha. I’ve chosen this kindergarten not only because of the development of the Czech and German language, but also for the pleasant environment and excellent treatment of all children and their parents. There always prevails a pleasant atmosphere in the kindergarten, you can see a very professional and at the same time comfortable and home-like relation to the children. For me as the mother it was very important to know, that my daughter is in good hands. The best proof was the fact, that she was every day looking forward to the kindergarten and all her teachers. I’m sure she will always enjoy looking back to the times spent with her friends in Kids Company.

Great kindergarten
Our daughter joined the Kids Company for approx. 4 years and I have to tell we were very satisfied and especially the improvement what the kindergarten did over the last 12-18 months with engaging more German speaking teachers over the exchange program was really great! We can recommend this kindergarten warmly and it is a very safe place for kids and all the teachers support the individual development of your child*****

I would like to thank to Kids company Prague team for an excellent and enthusiastic work with kids. our son started visiting this kindergarten two years ago when he was 2 and since that time, he became very creative and skillful boy who understands and slowly starts speaking German, even if we are complete Czech family. I appreciate the attitude of the teachers entertaining and educating children in interesting, playful and educational programs, events and work. time to time we also use the opportunity of night baby-sitting ensured by the teachers. I would like to recommend kids company Prague to all the families who want they children to spent time out of home in friendly, happy and smart company with nice people and kids.

Great kindergarten and even better teachers
Kids company is really a great kindergarten and absolutely recommendable! Our son was two years there and he loved this kindergarten and his teachers. He learned so much there and made a lot of friends. I can’t say enough about the teachers, finding them has been such a blessing, they gave our son an amazing preschool experience and he still talk about memories he made there. This is the kindergarten that you want your child to attend!

First choice for German speaking or bilingual families
Kids Company is a great place for kids. I consider it the Nr.1 choice for German speaking families (or Czech-German), because it’s the only kindergarten of this type in Prague with relatively long opening hours (until 6pm). Other similar places have either shorter opening hours, or have also English during the day (which at least for us is too much because that would be the 4rd language for our 2 kids). The kids are split in 3 groups depending on age, and the daily routines and activities are structured so that the needs in every age group are taken into account. The staff is absolutely professional and very friendly, Czech and German native speakers. The house has a nice garden with their own playground, and the kids spend a lot of time outside. Obviously, the location is very central and well connected to public transport. Our kids love it, we can only recommend…
